Current status: Vale Performance does not currently sell any products or services. All guides available on this Site are provided completely free of charge. As a result, there is nothing to refund or return at this time.
1. No current sales
The free guides offered through this Site require no payment, so no purchase, refund, or cancellation right applies to them. If you were charged anything in connection with this Site, that charge was not authorized by us — please contact us immediately at K0chanie1@outlook.com so we can look into it.
2. Future digital product sales
Our Shop page previews digital products that may become available for purchase in the future. All planned products will be digital only. When digital products become available for purchase, this policy will be updated to set out clear terms for that sale, generally expected to include:
- Refund eligibility windows and any conditions, consistent with applicable consumer protection law, including Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its provisions for distance sales and digital content;
- That digital content may become non-returnable once it has been downloaded or accessed, except where required otherwise by law (for example, in cases of a defective file, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction);
- How to request a refund and expected response times.
